KLD

A Coordinated Approach to Career Readiness

The primary goal of the One-Stop Shop was to centralize the acquisition of critical government and pre-employment documents. By establishing a single, convenient location, KLD eliminated the need for recent graduates to navigate multiple government offices, saving them significant time and effort. The program successfully provided on-site services for obtaining a Police Clearance, NBI clearance, SSS number, PhilHealth registration, and Pag-IBIG membership. This was made possible through crucial partnerships with the respective government agencies, which set up registration drives and information desks right on campus. The event was a testament to KLD's commitment to equipping its students with the practical tools needed for immediate entry into the workforce.

Fostering Academic and Professional Growth

The program specifically catered to graduating fourth-year students from the Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Information System programs. The success of the event was a collaborative effort, largely due to the tireless dedication of the working committee and the support from the KALAHI-CIDSS Cash-for-Work Program beneficiaries. Their commitment ensured the smooth execution of the two-day event, providing invaluable assistance to the attendees.

Celebrating Community and Collaboration

KLD also extended its gratitude to its academic partners, including the University of Perpetual Help Dalta-Molino Campus, National University-Dasmariñas, De La Salle University-Dasmariñas, and De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute. These institutions were recognized for their steadfast commitment to fostering academic growth and creating opportunities for KLD students to pursue further studies. This successful initiative underscores KLD's holistic approach to education, which not only focuses on academic excellence but also on career readiness and continuous professional development. The program served as a clear signal of the college's dedication to paving a smoother pathway for its graduates from academic life to the professional world.
